Žurnál's secret weapon? Its method
Our planners have an average rating of 4.9 and a Net Promoter Score of 58.

Stop, put your days in order and set off in the right direction.
Žurnál is a quality notebook for your to-dos, but its real strength lies in the exercises that help you connect everyday tasks with your long-term vision.

How does it work?
- Plan your personal vision up to 10 years ahead
- Break big dreams down into smaller yearly plans
- Write down your to-dos and gratitude every day
- Review your progress regularly

Get to know who you are
Before you start planning your goals, you need to know where you stand. You begin by thinking about what you're good at, what you enjoy, what your values are and how satisfied you are.

Realise what you want to achieve
This will be the most important exercise in the whole Žurnál. Really. It helps you see exactly where you want to be in 10 years. That way, you keep your goal in sight the whole time.

Break it down
This exercise helps you break your long-term goals down into smaller steps, area by area. That makes short-term planning much easier.

Go after what you want
What do you want to achieve by the end of the (half-)year? If you try to do everything, you won't get anywhere. So you choose just one goal in each area. And you go after it, come rain or shine.

Don't be afraid of big challenges
For us, the end of the month is always a moment to think about what to improve. In each monthly spread, you set yourself one tough challenge and describe the concrete steps to reach it.

Improve in small steps
We can't add an extra day to your week, but we can offer you Pondeľa. It's the place where you reflect on how satisfied you were with the past week and plan changes for the next one. You'll find it in our Polročník.

Be grateful for every day
Describing everything you can use a Žurnál page for on an ordinary day is a real Mission Impossible. Everyone likes something different, so we don't dictate anything.
